From the South:
Take Highway 515 North to Maddox Drive (First Traffic light). Turn Left on Maddox Drive and follow all the way to Industrial Boulevard. Turn Left on Industrial Boulevard and immediately take a Left on Old Hwy 5 (South Main Street). North Georgia Medical Center & Gilmer Nursing Home is located on the right 1/4 mile south.

From the North:
Take Highway 515 South to Maddox Drive (Second Traffic light). Turn Right on Maddox Drive and follow all the way to Industrial Boulevard. Turn Left on Industrial Boulevard and immediately take a Left on Old Hwy 5 (South Main Street). North Georgia Medical Center & Gilmer Nursing Home is located on the right 1/4 mile south.

From the West:
Take Highway 76 East to Old Highway 5 (South Main Street). North Georgia Medical Center & Gilmer Nursing Home is located on the right 1/4 mile south.

From the East:
Take Highway 52 to First Ave. Turn Left on First Avenue and then immediately turn Right onto Industrial Boulevard and follow all the way to Old Highway 5 (South Main Street). North Georgia Medical Center & Gilmer Nursing Home is located on the right 1/4 mile south.
